Take any other rubber cleaner other than Stampin'Mist and scrub it directly on the stamp and let it sit therefor 10 minutes or so. Then use your scrubber & Stampin' Mist(or water) and it will come off. Your stamp will lookbrand new! I use the Stazon cleaner that I purchased as alocal stampin store.
